Transaction Coordinator

Our growing company is looking for an Transaction Coordinator to support our Accounting team where you will be a backbone of support! Candidates must be professional and excel in a fast-paced work environment while effectively multi-tasking and efficiently handling various priorities

Responsibilities:

• Ability to consistently and accurately coordinate transactions made from our clients to our accounting team.
• Ability to consistently and accurately process data
• Provide administrative support such as generating reports, analyzing data, and finding ways to improve our streamlined process
• Utilize our CRM system for continued relationship management
• Assist with various projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months to a year in a similar role
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced energetic work environment
• Ability to work well with others and as part of a team
• Proficiency in a variety of software systems including Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write, and speak English
