individual to join our team as an Appointment Scheduler.
Job Description: As an Appointment Scheduler, you will be the first point of contact for our
clients. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and
ensuring that our clients have a seamless and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely and professional
manner - Scheduling appointments and managing calendars for multiple professionals
- Confirming and reminding clients of their appointments
- Updating and maintaining client records in our database
- Handling any scheduling conflicts or changes with a positive attitude
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth office operations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications will be a
plus - Previous experience in a scheduling or administrative role preferred
- 1 year of customer service or support experience
- Ability to motivate and influence clients
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 1 year minimum experience using MS Office, Microsoft Dynamics, Excel, Outlook
Calendar, SalesForce and Calendly (or similiar platforms) - Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
